OUR TEAM
Together, our team provides a broad base of knowledge and support for our customers. While each of us has different skills that we bring to the table, we are more than the sum of the parts. No one person can solve all the problems they may encounter. However, innovative solutions can be developed with help from those with a different knowledge base. That is the strength of TVSS.
TVSS is also part of a larger group of independent service providers around the country called the Premier Analytical Services Companies or PASC. That group is composed of former HP/Agilent service representatives and product specialists that have started their own businesses and now all work together to share knowledge and resources. It is an unusual group because we do not compete with each other but cooperate openly. The combined knowledge base of this group comprises hundreds of years of experience working on Agilent equipment. It is a group that we are proud to be associated with.
Roger Atchley
Roger started TVSS in 2005 after being laid off from a local pharmaceutical company, where he served as an in-house chromatographic instrument specialist. As a former HP/Agilent service representative, the training and skill set required was already in place to begin the new business.
Working in the lab as an analyst and method development chemist before becoming a service representative provided a broad knowledge base about not just instrumentation but applications as well. Drug analysis, environmental analysis, and medical laboratory testing all combined into the background of experience in a wide range of applications.

Patrick Gamble
Patrick is currently our HPLC service specialist. Focusing on a single product line allows learning the fine details that create an outstanding service person. He is the newest member of our staff but brings many skills to the job that the “old guys” lack.
His background includes supervisory positions with a pharmaceutical distributor and a Marketing Development Manager for Coca-Cola. The application of his marketing and supervisory experience makes him focused on the Customer’s needs and finding the right solution to meet those needs.
