Support of Non-Agilent instruments is subject to the availability of parts. Some
manufacturers will not
sell parts for modules to outside vendors for servicing of their equipment. For these
manufacturers,
support is limited to after-market parts available for consumable items. Electronics parts
and major
hardware components for these instruments will be referred to the respective manufacturer
for repair.
